Save Your Precious Hips Workshop at the Belfast Yoga Studio

This Sunday afternoon March 30 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, the Belfast Yoga Studio will present a Yamuna® Body Rolling class that will focus on detailed work that will free your hips. This three-hour workshop is perfect for anyone feeling tightness and soreness in their hips from sitting too much, a common modern condition because of computer work. But it is also for the athlete with hip issues from running and yogis who are seeking a full lotus.

This two-hour workshop will forever change how you see and work with your body. The hips are often considered “gates” to good health and in this unique class, certified Yamuna Body Rolling teacher, Marianna Moll, will lead participants to deeply massage and open the hips. Participants will also develop deep core strength as they deeply work the hip socket. 

Come release your legs and pelvis, and open your “gate” to life and you may even avoid many of the painful consequences our modern lifestyle can bring from decades of sitting.
