Wow, what a freak snowstorm we had Wednesday night, then rain the next day. Once again we escaped most of it, unlike New Jersey and New York again. I am hoping snow doesn’t get too bad before Thanksgiving week so we can go to New York and Pennsylvania with my families. I meant to wish all the veterans a happy and blessed Veterans' Day. I am so thankful for all those who have served and who are currently serving in all the armed forces. This year I am most thankful for my daughter Misty, who is currently in Ft. Hood, Texas, preparing to go on deployment to Kuwait. She is in the Air National Guard serving in Air Traffic Control. We pray for her safe return next September.
