Searsport — Law enforcement officials with the Searsport Police Department reported the following recent activity.
Heather McIntire, 26, of Searsport, forgery.
Devin Hayden, 22, of Hampden, operating after suspension.
James Hartford, 31, of Searsport, exceeding the posted speed limit by 30 mph or more, eluding a police officer.
James Dyer, 29, of Swanville, alleged speed 60 mph in a 45 mph zone.
John Pelletier, 25, of Unity, operator in possession of an open alcoholic container, failure to provide proof of insurance.
Renee Galant, 48, of Frankfort, alleged speed 40 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Ronna Brown, 62, of Belfast, operating under the influence.
Richard Farrar, 25, of Thomaston, leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Searsport Police Chief Dick LaHaye said Farrar was driving out of Searsport Shores Oceanfront Campground during the Fiber College event when he allegedly sideswiped another vehicle and left the scene. LaHaye said no one was hurt, and the collision caused minor damage to the vehicle Farrar struck.
Herbert Littlefield, 69, of Frankfort, alleged speed 69 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Emily Dyer, 18, of Belfast, operating after suspension.
Ralph E. Harriman, 37, of Stockton Springs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle for greater than 150 days, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
