Tuesday, Nov. 6, is Election Day. Voting will take place in the Dan Rich Public Safety Building from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. I hope to give you the totals of the Searsport vote after the polls close.

Tuesday, Nov. 6, the Community Blood Drive will take place in the Town Hall from 1-6 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 6, starting at 7 p.m., the regular meeting of the Selectmen will be held downstairs in the Town Hall.

Saturday, Nov. 10, from 9 to 2 p.m., the Woman's Fellowship of the First Congregational Church of Searsport invite all to their Holiday Fair to be held in Curtis Hall.

Monday, Nov. 12, starting at 6:30 p.m., the Planning Board will hold its regular meeting in the Town Hall. This meeting will be televised.

Notice of Public Hearing - Town of Searsport The Town of Searsport Planning Board will hold a public hearing on an application by: DCP Searsport, LLC, 370 17th St., Ste. 2500, Denver, Colo.

The public hearing will begin at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 26, and will continue over the subsequent days of Nov. 27, 28, 29. Each session will convene at 6 p.m. with the possibility of a further continuance to be scheduled by the Planning Board on Nov. 29. The hearing will be held in the cafeteria of the Searsport District High School, 24 Mortland Rd., Searsport.
