Many people today are seeking a deeper understanding of spirituality. There's a yearning for a more lasting happiness and satisfaction in life than materialism, for all its lure and promise, can provide. Books on the subject of spirituality proliferate. The Bible says, "To be spiritually minded is life and peace" (Romans 8:6). But what is spirituality really all about? And how can we gain more of it in our lives?

Join Christian Science practitioner Glory Holzworth as she answers questions about spirituality from the light that Christian Science sheds on the topic. She'll discuss what it is, why it's important, and how we experience it in our daily lives.

About Glory Holzworth: Glory has been in the full-time public practice of Christian Science healing since 2004. She is a former elementary school teacher, and she and her husband raised two children. Throughout those years, she saw the tremendous value of spirituality in meeting challenges and experiencing healing.

In addition to working and raising her children, Glory has been very active in church work, including teaching Sunday School and volunteering at a local women’s prison to share her love for the Bible.

Glory also served as a guide and supervisor of the tours at Mary Baker Eddy’s former home in Chestnut Hill, where The Christian Science Monitor was founded, as well as at The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston. Speaking to thousands of tourists from all over the world about her faith, she found growing spirituality to be invaluable here as well. She has published numerous articles in the Christian Science periodicals.
