Smarty Pants is a women's consignment clothing shop located at the quiet north end of Rockland's busy Main Street. The shop features a carefully edited selection of the best second-hand clothing, whether discovered by owner Cathy Kulka, a life-long thrift-store shopper, or culled from the area's most fashion-forward closets. Featured labels range from J. Jill, Coldwater Creek, Chicos, and Flax to Boden, Charlottle Russe, H&M, and many other desirable brands. A large number of items are unworn with the tags still on, and all are in excellent, like-new condition.  An eclectic mix of bags, shoes and other accessories rounds out the shopping choices.
