Songwriters Sessions kick off Jan. 3

Camden — Due to the winter storm Dec. 27, the kickoff for the Camden Library Songwriters Sessions has been moved to Thursday, Jan. 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the downtown library. There is no admission charge, and listeners are welcome as well as songwriters.

The Songwriters Sessions will continue on the last Tuesday of every month through May, led by David Dodson of Camden and Jim James of Belfast. The Sessions will culminate in at the June Library Coffeehouse.

The ongoing Songwriters Sessions will meet in the second floor History Center Tuesdays, Jan. 29, Feb. 26, March 26, April 30 and May 28 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. For more information, call Ken Gross at the library at 236-3440. Registration is recommended although drop-ins are welcome.
