Smarty Pants resale clothing store is looking to sublet part of its two-story retail space in Thomaston to another compatible business. Ideally, this business would be creative, year-round, promote sustainable living, and benefit the midcoast community, i.e., make life better, easier, more fun, etc . All reasonable (and unreasonable!) suggestions will be entertained. Some ideas have included: internet cafe/tea shop, craft group shop, light manufacturing (e.g., custom sewing or knitting), design studio, artisan workshop & retail area, etc.
