Come explore the wide world of swing dance with us, with this “swing sampler”.

Each week, you’ll get a solid intro lesson in a different style of swing dance:

East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Blues, and Vintage Swing.

This is a great opportunity to get a taste of these fabulous dances. Each week is a complete lesson: you can drop in at any time or take the whole series. You’ll learn the basic moves, styling and music that is appropriate for each dance. Take the series for the added benefit of learning technique and partnering skills that can be applied to any dance style. After class, there is time to ask questions and to practice what you learned. You’ll learn enough in class to take it right onto the floor!

No partner needed. We rotate partners within the class.

No experience needed (except for the intermediate class!)

Tuesday,  July 31:   Vintage Swing, solo moves, all levels
