On Sunday, March 16th at 10:30 am, the family of faith at the Belfast United Methodist Church, located at 23 Mill Lane in East Belfast, will host the Teen Challenge Choir of Augusta, who will share their stories of recovery from addictions through music and testimonies of God's redemptive power and grace in their lives. The Teen Challenge program helps of men and women seek freedom from controlling problems. The program is structured to allow flexibility in meeting the needs of those whose lives have been shattered by addiction. The residential program is a well-developed, multi-phased discipleship training program. The extensive non-residential program provides assistance through personal and group sessions. Prevention programs are also provided to thousands through public schools and church meetings. Enthusiastic law enforcement officials, judges, mayors, governors, and community leaders advocate the mission of Teen Challenge, whose motto is: "Hope lives here...Freedom is found here...Changed lives leave here." Come and join us at the Belfast United Methodist Church as we welcome the members of Teen Challenge to share their inspiring stories of recovery through music and testimonies.
