Thank You From Craignair Inn

A big thank you to those of you who attended our Wine Dinner to Benefit the Salvation Army last night 12/11/10.

Guests enjoyed seafood chowder in a home-made bread boule, butternut squash risotto, braised pork tenderloin with a merlot reduction and a chocolate layer cake at Craignair Inn.  Wine from Central Distributors was paired with each course.

We also hosted a silent auction where guests bid for yoga sessions, cooking classes, a two-night stay at Craignair Inn and more!

In all, we raised nearly $600 for the Salvation Army!
