On Tuesday, July 24 from 6-8pm at Waterfall Arts, 256 High Street, Belfast, the Belfast Co-op is sponsoring "Fresh From Your Garden: Soups, Salads & Dressings" cooking class with natural foods chef Pam McKeen.

In this class, participants with watch demonstrations and taste samples of:

• How to make your own delicious Soup Stock;
• Fresh Pea, Navy Bean, and Leek Soup;
• Shaved Fennel, Arugula, and Radicchio Salad with Fig Dressing;
• Greens with Lemon Rosemary Vinaigrette

Participants are asked to bring their own plate, small bowl & utensils.

There is a $12 materials fee and a 12 person limit (7/23 update - 2 slots left). Pre-registration is required, either at the Belfast Co-op or by calling (207) 338-2532 with a credit or debit card. These classes reliably have waiting lists, so don't drag your heels if you'd like to join us!
