                  Oyster Rockefeller - With apple smoked bacon, arugula and parmesan cheese

             

                   Local Tomato and Basil Bruschetta With our French bread  

             

                 Fresh Picked Crab Cakes -With lemon aioli and a shaved fennel salad and white truffle dressing       

                

Entrees

      Pan Fried Haddock- With Saffron rice, seared scallops, roasted beets and a Sherry lobster sauce

 

     Grilled Rack of Lamb-With fingerling potatoes, our garden vegetable, peppermint glaze and pan drippings

 

     Seared Scallops -With creamed mashed potatoes, local corn, and a balsamic glaze

 

     Center cut Pork Tenderloin -With a sweet potato pancake, red onion marmalade Farmer Jones Organics vegetables, wild mushrooms and a pan sauce

 

                 Seafood Paella -Local lobster, shrimp, lobster and mussels with chorizo and  herb and saffron rice
