In Our World:
Not sure if you all heard about the fire in Mass last Wednesday (3-26) but here is what happened. A fire driven by strong winds raced through a townhouse in Boston’s densely populated Back Bay neighborhood on Wednesday, trapping and killing two firefighters in the basement, where their colleagues could not rescue them. Thirteen other firefighters were injured, and several police officers also were taken to hospitals. Some residents had to be rescued from the upper floors of the four-story apartment building, but none were hurt, city officials said.
Please take time to say a prayer (again if you already have) for the families and friends of these hero's.
Once again it brings me back to all the first responders out there who volunteer to put their life in danger to save others,I worry each and every time my husbands pager goes off !Thank You all for what you do! You men and women are true Hero's!
