Two drivers hurt in separate New Year's Eve crashes

Searsport — A pair of local women were hurt in two different single-vehicle crashes Monday, Dec. 31.

Searsport Police Chief Dick LaHaye said the first accident occurred at about 1:30 p.m. and involved 47-year-old Lillie Maddocks of Morrill.
