The Unity Area Rotary Club recently created 100 child sized fleece hats and scarves. These were added to coloring books, crayons and other gifts and placed into gift bags. All gift bags were handed out on Saturday, Dec. 21, at the monthly Unity Food Pantry food pickup. This is the fourth year that the Unity Area Rotary Club has performed this community service.

The Unity Area Rotary meets at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at Crosstrax Neighborhood Deli on Depot Street in Unity. To learn more about Rotary or for information on becoming a member go to www.rotary.org.
