IN MY WORLD
We went to the Windsor Fair last weekend and I had my annual fried dough with tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, and yes, powdered sugar. Most folks think it’s a gross combination until they try it, and then they love it. I’ve been tweaking my goat cheese recipe and finally got a creamier (instead of crumbly) texture and was able to form it in my first cheese logs, with a little rosemary garnish from the garden.
