The Maine Outdoor Film Festival
Friday February 14 at 7pm
The Maine Outdoor Film Festival, which launched its first annual event on the banks of the Kennebec in West Forks in summer of 2012, features outdoor films and shorts. Films in the festival represent a diverse selection of outdoor disciplines that celebrate the active outdoor community and inspire expression. The financial proceeds from the 2013/14 MOFF tour go directly to Teens To Trails, a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to promoting high school outing clubs in the state of Maine. This two-day workshop will be part lecture, part group work sessions, and part individual work sessions. The target audience is farmers in the process of establishing a farm business who feel the need to sharpen their pencil and focus a little more on the business side of farming. Please bring pen, paper, and a calculator, along with your 2013 production records or other data pertinent to your farm.
