TOPS #ME 167 Unity has changed their meeting times.
Our meetings will still be on Monday nights at the Unity Union Church, but the weigh in will start at 5:00 and the meetings will start at 5:30. We will not be meeting on Monday December 24 or December 31, but will be back on our regular schedule in January. Come and join us.
Winter Parking Ban
No person shall park a vehicle on any Town Way, in the Town of Unity, from Midnight to 6am on any day from November 15 to March 15. Your vehicle will be towed at your expense. Enacted by Selectmen: 11/01/1978
2013 dog licenses will be available at the Town Office. A current rabies certificate is required.
New Hours at Unity Area Regional Recycle Center (UARRC)
Beginning January 1, 2013
Open: Tue - Fri, 9am - 4pm, Sat, 8am - 1pm. Closed: Sun and Mon
Wednesday 7 - 8pm
A 12 step program for family and friends of alcoholics at Unity college, 90 Quaker Hill Rd, Founders Hall South, Room 213. Use Parking Lot B, enter at farthest end of the building on left, upstairs.
Unity Rotary Meetings
Tuesdays at 4:30pm at Crosstrax Neighborhood Deli on Depot St. To learn more about Rotary or for information on becoming a member go to www.rotary.org.

Beginning Women Farmers class begins
Begins Sunday January 6 from 9 am - 4 pm, Fairfield. Participants meet for 10 sessions on topics that include goal setting, financial, business and marketing planning, land and infrastructure planning, soil fertility and planned grazing. $150 - $500, based on a sliding scale. Scholarships available.
