At MOFGA's Education Center in Unity. All are welcome to attend. The gathering begins with potluck (Bring your own table service.) We will be joined by Michael Gendreau of Maine Community Health Options, a new nonprofit health plan in Maine. Michael will speak about this consumer operated and oriented plan and answer questions. It was agreed to stray from the usual gardening topics in anticipation of the Affordable Care Act requirements that everyone have health insurance as of January 2014. Nautilus Seafood and Grill is going to its second monthly international food dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 26. This month is a celebration of Greek food and wines! It’s $40 per person. Course 1 will be vegetable dolmas, lamb and beef kofta, olives, homemade pita and tzatziki sauce paired with Greek Wine Cellars Assyrtiko. Course 2 will have phyllo pie duo- spanakopita (spinach) and kotopita (chicken) paired with Amethystos Sauvignon Blanc.
