Belfast — The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court and Waldo County Superior Court between the dates May 5-9:

Richard E. Carroll, 21, of Belfast, commercial shellfishing without a license, $100 fine.

Ashley Colson, 24, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, $200 fine.

Sarah Fuller, 30, of Belfast, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Jacob T. Guggisberg, 20, of Walpole, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

A 16-year-old juvenile male from Knox, possession of tobacco products by a minor, $150 fine.

Philip R. Lapierre, 37, of Belfast, failing to make oral or written accident report, $200 fine; operating while license is suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Mark Leboeuf, 52, of Benton, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Christine Mank, 30, of Knox, allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.

Trisha McPherson, 44, of Thorndike, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Jill Raven, 29, of Knox, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Scott A. Read, 40, of Waldo, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $750 fine.

A 14-year-old juvenile male from Waldo, two counts of possession of tobacco products by a minor, $100 fine on each count.

Lori A. Shaver, 46, of Prospect, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Robert Skillings, 33, of Belmont, operating under the influence, $750 fine, license suspended for 150 days.

David L. Stevens II, 39, of Searsport, failing to make an oral or written accident report, $250 fine.

Brenda Lee Varney, 45, of Unity, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Christian Andrew Williams, 18, of Belfast, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Hailee Catherine Wolph, 22, of South China, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Chrystopher A. Xenbakys, 31, of Burnham, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Daniel Flood, 40, of Augusta, burglary, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 29 days suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $477; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 29 days in jail.

Daniel E. Morse, 45, of Augusta, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation (with prior convictions), probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
