Waldo County grand jury hands up 18 indictments

Belfast — The Waldo County grand jury rose Wednesday, May 14 and handed up the following indictments:

Kevin Clyde Jewell, 26, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking, violating conditions of release.

Candy Sue Duprey, 26, of Unity, two counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Arthur R. Gardiner, 62, of Swanville, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating conditions of release, criminal forfeiture.

Sharon Menard, 65, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking.

James Ike Olofson, 34, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking.

David James Morin, 32, of Northport, domestic violence stalking, domestic violence reckless conduct, domestic violence assault, driving to endanger, leaving the scene of an accident, assault, refusing to submit to arrest, assault on an officer.

Steven A. Hodgdon, 48, of Troy, aggravated assault, two counts of criminal threatening, falsifying physical evidence.

Devin Aldus, 19, of Searsmont, domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence reckless conduct, domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest, criminal restraint.

Neil Nightingale, 59, of Prospect, criminal threatening, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, two counts of criminal mischief.

Bethany Wickham, 37, of Belfast, assault on an officer, obstructing government administration, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest.

Brian Wayne Knight, 40, of Freedom, tampering with a victim, domestic violence terrorizing, marijuana cultivation, violating conditions of release.

Benjamin Lawrence Roy, 47, of Searsport, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking.

Zebedee Hector Thompson, 65, of Belfast, four counts of gross sexual assault, four counts of unlawful sexual contact.

Michael Gagnon, 46, of Winslow, gross sexual assault.

Earl Leathers, 28, of Liberty, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor.

James Kuhn, 28, of Brooks, five counts of domestic violence assault.

Paul Trask, 32, of Winterport, aggravated assault, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, obstructing the report of a crime or injury.

Steven A. Haver, 46, of Bangor, domestic violence stalking, violation of a protection order.
