Belfast — The Waldo County grand jury rose Wednesday, Feb. 13, and handed up the following indictments:

Evan J. Aucoin, 25 of Unity, forgery, theft by unauthorized taking.

Jason A. Beal, 23 of Belfast, six counts of burglary, seven counts of theft by unauthorized taking, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Cory E. Breen, 24 of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, illegal possession of hypodermic apparatuses.

Barrett Wendall Bridges, 34 of Verona Island, operating after revocation.

Haden F. Campbell, 20 of Swanville, burglary, stealing drugs, theft by unauthorized taking.

Brian R. Carroll Jr. 27 of Swanville, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Charles N. Collins, 33 of Union, theft by deception.

Christopher James Coyle, 53 of Lincolnville, operating after revocation, improper plates.

Bradford W. Eaton, 21 of Searsport, domestic violence assault.

Allan S. Gustafson, 42 of Somerville, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Gerald David Gustafson Jr., 49 of Searsport, criminal operating under the influence, operating after suspension.

Stephen D. Hanson, 32 of Winterport, operating after revocation, violating conditions of release.

Edwin Gary Littlefield Jr., 34 of Belmont, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Carl C. McIntire III, 21 of Frankfort, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Anthony McKechnie, 32 of Montville, two counts of theft by deception.

Mark D. Meierdirk, 39 of Unity, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence terrorizing, two counts of terrorizing, assault, criminal mischief, violating conditions of release.

Dennis W. Merry Jr., 24 of Searsport, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking.

Kimberly Dawn Morrison, 22 of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking.

Jesse C. Newton, 25 of Waldo, two counts of violating conditions of release, violating a protective order.

Richard H. Pacino, 31 of Belfast, three counts of sexual abuse of a minor.

Douglas J. Pagliaroli, 42 of Unity, burglary, three counts of stealing drugs.

Victor James Pendleton, 21 of Belfast, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking, unauthorized use of property, criminal mischief.

Gary L. Porter, 56 of Jackson, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Craig C. Reimer, 34 of Belfast, theft of lost, mislaid or mistakenly delivered property, forgery, theft by unauthorized taking.

Robert L. Ridel, 29 of Searsport, operating after revocation.

Alicia M. Santamore, 29 of Belfast, forgery, theft by unauthorized taking.

Katrina E. Simpson, 26 of Lincolnville, assault on an officer, criminal operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest.

Austin T. Stevens, 19 of Swanville, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking.

Kira M. Sweetland, 25 of Orlando, Fla., unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Margaret E. Tracy, 55 of Hope, two counts of violating conditions of release.

Ian K. Walsh, 33 of Frankfort, domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, two counts of reckless conduct with a firearm.

Christopher Whitcomb, 36 of Monroe, four counts of sexual abuse of a minor, violating conditions of release.
