Belfast — Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following recent activity.
Derek Wilson, 32, of Unity, domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault, driving to endanger, operating under the influence.
Dustin Gardner, 24, of Brooks, operating after suspension.
Jeffrey Kirk, 51, of Troy, operating under the influence.
Astin Merry, 28, of Belfast, was summoned for speeding for driving 53 mph in a 25 mph zone and for operating with an expired license less than 90 days.
Tiffany Cobb, 30, of Brooks, possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
Kerston lane, 36, of Brooks, violating conditions of release.
Jesse Dodge, 31, of Swanville, burglary, theft.
Diane Brown, 55, of Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines and was summoned for operating after suspension.
William Whitcomb, 32, of Frankfort, was arrested on a warrant for driving 30 mph or more over the speed limit.
Shelby Tolman, 25, of Searsmont, criminal conspiracy.
Randall S. Tolman, 4,9 of Searsmont, driving to endanger, aggravated criminal mischief, assault with a dangerous weapon (truck), reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (truck).
Jason Moulton, 31, of Searsport, three counts of theft, burglary, violating conditions of release, operating after suspension, theft by unauthorized use of property.
Nickie Amaro, 26, of Searsport, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft, burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
