Belfast — Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following recent activity.

Dec. 2

Warren Heath, 24, of Montville, inadequate tires.

Nov. 29

Scott Saucier, 46, of Brooks, alleged speed 43 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Jeremy Roberts, 25, of Morrill, was headed east on Route 3 in a 2011 Kia Sport Utility Vehicle when a deer entered the road. Roberts was unable to avoid hitting the animal, causing damage to the front passengers side quarter panel. Roberts was not hurt. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Nov. 26

Anthony Dipasquale, 42, of Searsmont, operating under the influence, violating conditions of release.

Nov. 24

Ryan Richards, 27, of Searsmont, inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, inadequate tires.

Nov. 23

Patrick Cook, 41, of Swanville, criminal speed.

Nov. 18

Richard Shyduroff-Durling, 66, of Rockport, was traveling south on Route 1 in Northport in a 2003 Volkswagen when a deer ran into the road. Shyduroff-Durling struck the deer, but the driver was not hurt in the collision.
