Belfast — Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following recent activity:

Oct. 30

Justin Cunningham, 19, of Winterport, violating conditions of release.

Robert W. Wright, 53, of Winterport was headed south on Route 131 in Morrill in a 1993 Ford van when a deer ran into his path. Wright could not avoid striking the animal, but he was not injured in the crash.

Oct. 31

Daniella Macleod, 40, of Northport, domestic violence criminal mischief.

Nov. 2

Nathan R. Williams, 43, of Falmouth, criminal speed.

Linda A. Whitcomb, 58, of Belmont was traveling west on Route 1 in Stockton Springs in a 2004 Dodge when a deer ran out in front of her vehicle. Whitcomb struck the deer, causing damage to the front passenger side of her vehicle. Whitcomb was not injured.

Nov. 3

Jessica Harriman, 33, of Winterport was going south on the Stream Road in Winterport when a deer ran across the road from the northbound lane side and ran into the side of her 2002 Dodge pickup. The impact caused damage to the door and left rear quarter panel of the vehicle. Neither Harriman nor her three passengers were hurt.

Nov. 4

Joshua Cushman, 18, of Northport, possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Scott Swift, 25, of Belfast, violating conditions of release, possession of a usable amount of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
