The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between April 25 and May 8, 2013.

Jarrod A. Arute, 33, of Jackson, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine; criminal forfeiture of property, offense committed.

Michael R. Baker, 24, of Montville, two counts of burglary, probation continued, no sentence imposed on either charge.

Craig R. Carlson, 26, of Belfast, four counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for one year on the first charge, $400 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for four years, all but one year suspended, two years' probation on the second charge, remaining two charges dismissed; four counts of operating after habitual offender revocation with two priors, $1,000 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for nine months, one day on each of two charges, remaining two charges dismissed.

Roxanne J. Conroy, 24, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; forgery, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for one year, all but 30 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $2,107.

Rodney Glidden, 61, of Palermo, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for five years, all but nine months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $440; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, 30 days in jail; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Paul Hatch III, 26, of Greenfield, domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail.

Justin T. Henderson, 25, of Burnham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, six months in jail.

Daniel R. Kesmetis, 30, of Knox, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, restitution of $800.

Adam R. Lynn, 33, of Monroe, cultivating marijuana, $500 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 18 months, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $100.

Michael Dean Frederick McGuire, 24, of Troy, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 18 months, all but 60 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $8,975.80; two counts of burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 18 months, all but 60 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $8,975.80 on each count.

Rebecca Milbury, 22, of Belfast, burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for one year, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.

Matthew D. Rankin, 26, of Swanville, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, six months in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail; criminal trespass, 30 days in jail.

Justin R. Roy, 28, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

Kayla Seekins, 22, of Belfast, burglary, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed.

Richard L. Small, 46, of Sherman, assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for five years, all but four months, one year, six months probation; illegal possession of a firearm, dismissed; reckless conduct, dismissed.

Edward T. Snow, 43, of Mount Holly, N.J., burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 15 months, probation revoked.

Christopher Sudsbury, 41, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 60 days in jail; theft by receiving stolen property, 60 days in jail, restitution of $5,809.15; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
