Belfast — The following cases were closed at Waldo County Superior Court between the dates Dec. 2-6:

James R. Bohan, 53, of Frankfort, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 12 days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Joshua Bullock, 23, of Winterport, aggravated assault, four years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but seven months suspended, probation for three years; aggravated assault, dismissed.

April M. Campo, 23, of Lincolnville, negotiating a worthless instrument, one year in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but seven days suspended, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,024.

Frederick J. Cunningham, 50, of Frankfort, reckless conduct, $750 fine, 15 days in jail; operating under the influence (with two prior convictions), dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license (restrictions, conditions), dismissed.

Jessica Dickel, 37, of Winterport, negotiating a worthless instrument, $700 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,260.

Jesse W. Dodge, 32, of Swanville, burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Charles Eaton, 42, of Belgrade, three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, dismissed.

Asgard Tarik Gilbert, 39, of Belfast, unlawful possession of Oxycodone, $400 fine, one year in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 18 months suspended, probation for two years; possession of hypodermic apparatuses, dismissed.

Michael T. Gould, 43, of Searsmont, disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), $300 fine; domestic violence terrorizing (with domestic violence prior convictions), dismissed.

Joshua M. Hustus, 37, of Searsport, criminal mischief, 60 days in jail; assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 60 days suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $195.

Alan E. Johnson, 61, of Liberty, driving to endanger, $1,000 fine, license suspended 30 days; operating under the influence (no test), dismissed.

Vicky Leclerc, 22, of Van Buren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 60 days suspended, probation for three years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $9,749.52.

Michael Libby, 30, of Liberty, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop), six months in jail; failure to stop for an officer, dismissed; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, $2,000 fine, four years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; eluding an officer, four years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; failure to stop, remain, provide information, six months in jail; endangering the welfare of a child, six months in jail; operating under the influence, injury or death (with prior convictions), $2,100 fine, 10 years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but four years suspended, probation for three years, license suspended 10 years; driving to endanger, $575 fine, six months in jail, license suspended 30 days.

Joshua Locke, 24, of Knox, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, six months in jail; theft by receiving stolen property, $400 fine, six months in jail; stealing drugs, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; burglary, 18 months in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but six months suspended, probation for one year, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $700.

Aaron Miller, 24, of Palermo, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with prior convictions), dismissed; two counts of stealing drugs, dismissed; burglary, dismissed.

Mandy Mosher, 25, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault, dismissed; assault, $750 fine.

Felicia Moulton, 24, of Searsport, assault, dismissed.

Ryan C. Parkinson, 34, of Northport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, five years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but six months suspended, probation for three years.

Leland Pearse, 59, of Camden, operating under the influence (with two prior convictions), $1,100 fine, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but nine months suspended, probation for two years, license suspended six years, registration suspended; operating a vehicle without a license (conditions, restrictions), 30 days in jail.

John Penney Jr., 25, of Knox, two counts of assault, $300 fine and 20 days in jail on each count; aggravated assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.

Jerome A. Reynolds, 63, of Brooks, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), five months in jail; two counts of arson, dismissed; terrorizing, five months in jail; aggravated criminal mischief, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but five months suspended, probation for two years; assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.

Hope Ronco, 36, of Winterport, forgery, 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections all suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,410.13.

Marlin Traynum, 44, of Unity, disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), $500 fine; domestic violence assault (with prior convictions), dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing (with prior convictions), dismissed.

Amber Walker, 26, of Searsport, unlawful possession of Hydrocodone, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.

Laura J. Walsh, 27, of Swanville, unlawful possession of Hydrocodone,$400 fine, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Neil Warren, illegal possession of a firearm, five years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but one year suspended, probation for three years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $13,590.71; burglary, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but one year suspended, probation for three years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $13,590.71.

Alesha A. Wood, 41, of Belfast, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections all suspended, probation for two years; two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
