Belfast — The following cases were closed at Waldo County Superior Court in Belfast between the dates Jan.20-31:

Quincy Bailey, 28, of China, operating after habitual offender revocation (with a prior conviction), $1,000 fine, six months in jail.

Laurel L. Belden, 39,of Belfast, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Tanya Boudreau, 32, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 21 days in jail; criminal trespass, 21 days in jail; violating conditions of release, 21 days in jail.

Raymond G. Carson, 72, of Hancock, violating conditions of release, dismissed.

Amy M. Cunningham, 21, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drug, $400 fine, four months in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but four months suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $240.

Amy L. Feener, 29, of Belfast, unlawful possession of Hydrocodone, dismissed.

Ryan C. Lefebvre, 25, of Brooks, solicitation of a child by computer, 60 days in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections, probation partially revoked.

Scott F. Mosher, 45, of Montville, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Katrina Simpson, 27, of Swanville, assault on an officer, one year in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $27; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (bodily injury), 30 days in jail.

Troy W. Trout, 37, of Belfast, gross sexual assault, seven months in jail, probation partially revoked.

Jerica Wallace, 27, of Belfast, assault on an emergency medical care provider, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Herbert Walters, 52, of Belfast, criminal conspiracy, dismissed.
