Leslie R. Bates, 51, of Unity, operating after habitual offender revocation (with a prior conviction), $1,000 fine, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but six months suspended, administrative release sentence one year; violating conditions of release, 30 days in jail; operating while license is suspended or revoked (operating under the influence), $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year; operating under the influence (with two prior convictions), $1,100 fine, six months in jail, license suspended for six years; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation (with prior convictions), dismissed.

Toran Bragdon, 32, of Searsport, unlawful furnishing synthetic hallucinogenic drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $400 fine, 20 days in jail.

Elizabeth A. Brown, 24, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Daniel Carchide, 33, of Searsport, criminal mischief, 90 days in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $100; assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail; threatening display of a weapon, 90 days in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed; unlawful possession of Hydrocodone, $400 fine, 90 days in jail; cultivating marijuana, $400 fine, 90 days in jail; operating a vehicle without a license, 90 days in jail; violating conditions of release, 90 days in jail.

Derek C. Creasy, 31 of Freedom, three counts of burglary, eight years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections on each count; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with prior convictions), five years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections on each count; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, eight years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections on each count.

Rickey R. Curtis, 45, of Brooks, hindering apprehension or prosecution, dismissed.

Marc Daigle, 23, of Farmingdale, criminal threatening, dismissed; aggravated assault, dismissed.

Timothy Eggen, 39, of Northport, obstructing the report of a crime, 30 days in jail; terrorizing, five months in jail.

Anthony L. Emery, 27, of Liberty, falsifying physical evidence, seven days in jail.

Richard Fredette, 41, of Albion, aggravated assault, dismissed; assault, dismissed.

Shelby M. Freilino, 22, of Bucksport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Garrett Getchell, 25, of Newburgh, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail.

Dawn A. Grass, 39, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 60 days suspended, probation for two years.

James B. Hartford, 32, of Searsport, driving to endanger, $700 fine, license suspended 30 days; eluding an officer, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 60 days suspended, probation for one year; motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, 30 days in jail; failing to stop for an officer, dismissed.

Maurice Hills, 51, of Belfast, reckless conduct, dismissed; aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

Elizabeth L. Lesan, 39, of Morrill, forgery, dismissed.

Michael C. Littlefield, 28, of Frankfort, unlawful possession of Oxycodone, $400 fine, 10 days in jail.

Jason J. McVeigh, 40, of Waterville, assault, $300 fine, 14 days in jail.

Jason C. Moulton, 31, of Searsport, 13 counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; one count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; 10 counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, six months in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; one count of theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; theft by unauthorized use of property, 364 days in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,539.72; two counts of operating while license is suspended or revoked, dismissed; criminal attempt, six months in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; driving to endanger, dismissed; criminal mischief, six months in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; burglary, dismissed.

Joey A. Philbrook, 27, of Knox, theft by receiving stolen property, six months in jail; violating conditions of release, six months in jail; theft by deception, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but six months suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,400.

Desirae Reed, 30, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 10 days suspended, probation for one year, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,454.78; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with prior convictions), dismissed.

Charles W. Resh, 36, of Searsport, theft by receiving stolen property (with prior convictions), 10 days in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $114; theft by deception (with prior convictions), dismissed.

Joshua Reynolds, 29, of Freedom, aggravated forgery, 90 days in jail; violating conditions of release, 90 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 90 days in jail; failure to give correct name, address, or date of birth, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of Hydrocodone, $400 fine, 90 days in jail; violating conditions of release, 90 days in jail.

Branden Ricker, 35, of Jackson, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Mark Robinson, 36, of Swanville, operating under the influence (injury or death, with prior convictions), $2,100 fine, five years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but one year suspended, probation for three years, license suspended 10 days; attaching false plates, two days in jail; operating while license is suspended or revoked (operating under the influence, with a prior conviction), dismissed.

Leslie E. Woodbury, 45, of Burnham, possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under the age of 12, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but three months suspended, probation for two years.
