Belfast — The following cases were closed at Waldo County Superior Court between the dates Feb. 24-28:

Benjamin K. Ard, 28, of Troy, burglary, five months in jail, probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five months in jail, probation revoked; illegal possession of a firearm, five months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five months in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $350.

Joshua Bucklin, 33, of Lincolnville, two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years and six months in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but nine months suspended, probation for three years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $255; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, nine months in jail.

Anna Congdon, 24, of Islesboro, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but five months suspended, probation for two years; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; unlawful possession of Oxycodone, $400 fine, five months in jail; possession of hypodermic apparatuses, five months in jail.

Emily R. Gillotti, 19, of Stockton Springs, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $360.

Everett Hall, 47, of Belfast, unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching, 14 days in jail.

John L. Hoeltzel III, 48, of Rockland, forgery, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but five months suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $4,030, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five months in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $4,030.

Justin Kirkland, 23, of Simi Valley, Calif., unlawful possession of Hydrocodone, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800 fine, four days in jail.

Todd L. Lee, 28, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; unlawful possession of Oxycodone, dismissed.

Douglas Eugene Noble Jr., 24, of Searsport, terrorizing, six months in jail; aggravated assault, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, six months in jail; burglary, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked.

Rachel M. Poore, 39, of Belfast, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six months in jail.

Damion Saucier, 21, of Belfast, criminal mischief, $500 fine.

Keith Seekins, 48, of Belfast, unlawful possession of Hydrocodone, dismissed.

Derek Wilson, 33, of Unity, domestic violence assault, dismissed; domestic violence reckless conduct, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but four months suspended, probation for two years; operating under the influence (no test), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; aggravated criminal mischief; dismissed.
