Belfast — The following cases were closed at Waldo County Superior Court between the dates April 7-11:

Matthew Alton Colby, 28, of Montville, possession of sexually explicit material, 364 days in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections all suspended, probation for one year; possession of sexually explicit material, 364 days in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 60 days suspended, probation for one year; possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under 12, dismissed.

Joshua D. Cutler, 24, of Appleton, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Harold Duprey, 29, of Burnham, driving to endanger, $575 fine, six months in jail, license suspended 30 days; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with prior convictions), three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but nine months suspended, probation for two years; criminal mischief, nine months in jail; possession or transfer of burglar's tools, six months in jail.

David A. Hyatt, 74, of Winterport, unlawful sexual contact, six years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but nine months suspended, probation for 12 years; two counts of unlawful sexual contact, nine months in jail on each count; 12 counts of unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; visual sexual aggression against a child, nine months in jail.

Kara J. Kenney, 35, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with prior convictions), 15 days in jail.

Jessica Linscott, 21, of Lincolnville, negotiating a worthless instrument, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,024.

Steven R. Lucas, 60, of Knox, aggravated driving to endanger, $575 fine, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections, license suspended two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $500; leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident (aggravated), three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; false public alarm or report, six months in jail.

Torin Sheridan O'Connell, 19, of Fairfield, gross sexual assault, dismissed.

Keith S. Seekins, 48, of Belfast, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days.

Matthew W. St Pierre, 43, of Hancock, illegal possession of a firearm, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but nine months suspended, probation for one year; operating after habitual offender revocation (with prior convictions), nine months in jail.
