Belfast — The following cases were closed at Waldo County Superior Court in Belfast between the dates April 14-25:

Christopher Beeton, 26, of Etna, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections, probation revoked; burglary, four years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation for three years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,044.93; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with prior convictions), three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,044.93.

David Carpenter, 43, of Waterville, domestic violence terrorizing, not guilty; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), not guilty.

Tiffany Cobb, 30, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with prior convictions), 365 days in the custody of the Maine department of Corrections with all but seven days suspended, probation for one year, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $15.

Justin M. Couture, 23, of Sumner, two counts of harassment by telephone, 30 days in jail on both counts.

Roger Nielsen,68, of Monroe, illegal possession of a firearm, 990 days in jail.

Sean Pike, 35, of Unity, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation (with prior convictions), six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
