Belfast — The following cases were closed at Waldo County Superior Court between the dates May 27-June 6:

David A. Bardsley III, 28, of Newport, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, 364 days in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Teresa Barnes, 26, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Donna J. Boulter, 36, of Knox, disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise), $100 fine.

Haden F. Campbell, 22, of Swanville, burglary, dismissed.

Michael Cunningham, 47, of Northport, violating conditions of release, five months in jail.

Robert M. Cushman, 49, of Belmont, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.

Deborah A. Degiovanni, 60, of Belfast, criminal trespass, $500 fine; criminal threatening, $250 fine.

Amy Fairbrother, 28, of Stockton Springs, theft by deception, dismissed.

Arthur R. Gardiner Sr., 62, of Swanville, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six months in jail on each count; two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but two years suspended, probation for three years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $710; violation of condition of release, six months in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property, guilty; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Benjamin P. Hackbarth, 34, of Hallowell, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

Isaac C. Hubbard, 32, of brooks, theft by deception, dismissed.

Joshua Locke, 25, of Knox, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, six months in jail; theft by receiving stolen property, $400 fine, six months in jail; stealing drugs, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; burglary, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Leonard E. Maker, 43, of Northport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), 30 days in jail; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 57 days suspended, probation for two years; reckless conduct, dismissed.

Brad E. Pomeroy, 33, of Searsport, aggravated assault, 12 months in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections, probation revoked.

Michael J. Redding, 24, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.

Matthew C. Reed, 30, of Bucksport, failing to report, three months in jail.

Scott S. Swift, 27, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections with all but 60 days suspended, probation for two years, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $160.

Michael Turner, 54, of Albion, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed; negotiating a worthless instrument, $500 fine.

Jonathan E. Ward, 36, of Belfast, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, two years in the custody of the Maine Department of Corrections all suspended, probation for one year; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $1,000 fine.

William Cory Whitcomb, 32, of Frankfort, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Samantha F. White, 30, of Bangor, failing to report, six months in jail.
