Dennis J. Doherty, 53, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Thomas C. Edgecomb, 19, of Searsmont, three counts of burglary, all dismissed; three counts of criminal trespass, $250 fine on each count; one count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

Corey Gerry, 25, of Canaan, forgery, $500 fine; theft by receiving stolen property, $500 fine.

Edgar Hickbottom Jr., 51, of Standish, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended for 30 days; operating under the influence, dismissed.

Dennis P. Ingerson, 38, of Thorndike, operating under the influence (two priors), $1,100 fine, 18 months in prison (all but 45 days suspended), probation for two years, license suspended for six years and registration suspended.

Donald P. LaMarche, 31, of Brooks, aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; terrorizing, three years in prison (all but one year suspended), probation for two years; terrorizing, six months in jail; assault, three years in prison (all but one year suspended — concurrent), probation for two years (concurrent); violating conditions of release, three years in prison (all but one year suspended — concurrent), probation for two years (concurrent).

Matthew Lear, 22, of Dixmont, domestic violence assault, $300 fine, six months in jail (all but 30 days suspended), one year probation.

Sean W. Michael Stitham, 43, of Levant, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail (stayed until March 7); failure to give correct name/address/date of birth, 10 days in jail (stayed until March 7 — concurrent); aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation (priors), $1,000 fine, one year in jail (stayed until March 7); operating under the influence (no test, one prior); $700 fine, seven days in jail (stayed until March 7 — concurrent).

Cory Von Oesen, 26, of Unity, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; cultivating marijuana, $800 fine, 30 days in jail.
