Kirt Damon Jr., 23, of Stockton Springs, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct, all dismissed.

Paul Emerson, 57, of Frankfort, assault, two counts of terrorizing, criminal trespass, all dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Darlene Joyce Ford, 57, of Swanville, cultivating marijuana, dismissed.

James F. Ford, 57, of Monroe, cultivating marijuana, dismissed.

James T. Ford, 35, of Swanville, aggravated cultivating of marijuana, violating condition of release, all dismissed.

Paul J. Ford, 29, of Swanville, cultivating marijuana, dismissed.

Brenda L. Frost, 21, of Northport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine; stealing drugs, dismissed.

Branden Galloway, 21, of Liberty, eluding an officer, remanded to dept. of corrections 4 months, probation partially revoked.

Gregory R. Giasson, 30, of Sidney, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.

Brian C. Ginn, 55, of Knox, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $100 fine; operating under the influence, injury, dismissed; failure to stop, remain, render, aid, personal injury, $100 fine; aggravated driving to endanger, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; operating under the influence, $500 fine, remanded to dept. of corrections 364 days, all suspended, probation one year, license suspended 90 days; leaving the scene of motor vehicle accident/aggravated, dismissed.

Kathryn J. Gray Fletcher, 32, of Winterport, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Stephen Hanson, 31, of Holden, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, violating condition of release, operating after habitual offender revocation with a prior, failing to make oral or written accident report, all dismissed.

Christopher Lawrence, 30, of Belfast, aggravated assault, 45 days in jail, probatio partially revoked; two counts of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, 45 days in jail for each; two counts of terrorizing, 45 days in jail for each.

Frank J. Leathers Sr., 27, of Swanville, two counts of assault, one dismissed, $300 fine, 10 days in jail.

Stephen P. Loring, 25, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, two counts of criminal forfeiture of property, $10 fine for each count.

Adam R. Lynn, 32, of Monroe, cultivating marijuana, $500 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 18 months, all but 45 days suspended, probation 2 years, restitution of $100.

Dakota Daniel O'Brien, 19, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail.

Mark Pattershall, 31, of Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, transferred to Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Tisha R. Pendleton, 40, of Morrill, operating under the influence, $900 fine, license suspended 90 days, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.

Ronald Rideout, 44, of Bangor, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Michael A. Ripley, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked.

Matthew A. Sylvester, 26, of Searsport, elevated aggravated assault, aggravated assault, remanded to Dept. of Corrections, 30 days, probation revoked.

Felicia A. Thomas, 51, of Belfast, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Megan Y. True, 32, of Westbrook, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Kyle B. Young, 27, of Lincolnville, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.
