The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Aug. 27 and Aug. 31, 2012.

Jeremy Arpan, 33, of Searsport, three counts of terrorizing, assault on an officer, assault, all charges dismissed.

Stephanie s. Bartlett, 36, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine.

Arthur R. Gardiner Sr., 60, of Swanville, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

Kevin S. Gibbs, 31, of Searsport, domestic violence criminal threatening, with domestic violence priors, 20 days in jail.

Adam W. Gray, 24, of Swanville, criminal attempt, 30 days in jail; possession or transfer of burglar's tools, 30 days in jail; burglary, two years' probation.

Kathryn J. Gray Fletcher, 32, of Winterport, criminal mischief, 90 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail; assault on an officer, remanded to Dept. of Corrections, nine months, one day, probation partially revoked.

Jordan W. Hustus Raven, 24, of Unity, criminal forfeiture of property, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections, four years, all but six months suspended, two years' probation; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Brandon r. Larrabee, 27, of Milo, robbery, probation revoked; burglary, probation revoked.

Paul L. Lessard, 45, of Belfast, falsifying physical evidence, dismissed; illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine.

Eric W. Levangie, 39, of Belfast, reckless conduct, dismissed; disorderly conduct-loud, unreasonable noise, $500 fine; criminal use of explosives, dismissed.

Douglas Noble Jr., 23, of Belfast, possession or tansfer of burglar's tools, criminal attempt, theft by receiving stolen property, burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections, three years, all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation.

Derek Pomeroy, 25, of Swanville, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 90 days in jail for each; refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, $400 fine, 90 days in jail.

Michael J. Redding, 23, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

Thomas Troy Jr., 28, of Belfast, two counts of attaching false plates, 90 days in jail for each; theft of services, 90 days in jail; three counts of operating after habitual offender revocation with two priors, remanded to Dept. of Corrections, one year for each, $1,000 fine for each of two; forgery, $1,000 fine, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections three years, all but one year suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $10.05.

Kevin W. Weiser, 55, of Unity, cultivating marijuana, dismissed.

Howard George Wells III, 40, of Stockton Springs, reckless conduct, $450 fine.
