The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Oct. 1 and Oct. 12, 2012.

Timothy S. Barnes, 57, of Troy, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 60 days in jail, license suspended 90 days; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections for one year, all but 60 days suspended, one year probation; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.

Amanda L. Bedard, 26, of Winterport, three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $168, 40 hours community service, second and third counts dismissed.

Joannie M. Bernatche, 62, of Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Luke A. Bryant, 21, of Belfast, Manslaughter, remanded to Department of Corrections 15 years, all but nine years suspended, four years' probation, restitution of $3,158.73.

Brian E. Fogg, 22, of Thomaston, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

James T. Ford, 35, of Dixmont, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine; trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.

Colan Ginn, 35, of Stockton Springs, six counts of unlawful sexual contact, remanded to Department of Corrections six years, all but 18 months suspended, three years' probation, other five counts dismissed; indecent conduct, six counts of gross sexual assault, all dismissed.

Alton E. Lane Sr., 33, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation with a prior, $1,000 fine, six days in jail.

Christopher Lawrence, 30, of Belfast, aggravated assault, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Basil L. Littlefield III, 29, of Monroe, domestic violence assault with priors, 19-A, obstructing report of injury, all charges dismissed.

Bengie E. Littlefield, 40, of Frankfort, burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections, nine months and one day, probation revoked; operating after habitual offender revocation with two priors, $1,000 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections nine months and one day.

Elizabeth Peabody, 27, of Belfast, three counts of unlawful trafficking i scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections three years, all but 60 days suspended, two years' probation, second and third counts dismissed.

Michael J. Redding, 23, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument, 364 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year probation, restitution of $1,517,49.

Daniel Robbins, 51, of Frankfort, operating under the influence with a prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail, all but five months suspended, one year probation; operating a vehicle without a license-conditions/restrictions, 30 days in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report, 30 days in jail.

Nathan M. Small, 33, of Stetson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail, two years' probation; aggravated criminal mischief, remanded to Department of Corrections three years, all but 30 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $5,059.57; burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections three years, all but 30 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $5,059.57.

Todd Spencer, 22, of Dexter, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail, restitution of $5,059.57; aggravated criminal mischief, nine months in jail; burglary, nine months in jail.

Craig Sullivan, 23, of Belfast, three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, 364 days in jail, all but four months suspended, one year probation for each of two counts, four months in jail for the third count; two counts of possessing sexually explicit material, four months in jail for each; an additional two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, dismissed.

Alan Tinker, 67, of Searsmont, closed season on trapping violation, $250 fine.

Troy W. Trout, 36, gross sexual assault, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Patrick W. Turner, 49, of Appleton, trespass by motor vehicle, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail; burglary, dismissed.

Anthony T. Ulmer, 37, of Winterport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections, three years, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $160, 40 hours community service.

William Vandorn, 19, of Winterport, domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year probation; aggravated assault, dismissed.
