The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Oct. 15 and Nov. 9, 2012.

Christopher Beeton, 24, of Etna, three counts of burglary, remanded to the Department of Corrections for 22 months, probation revoked on each count; two counts of forgery, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $1,844.93 on the first count, unconditional discharge on the second count; four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $1,844.93 on the first counts, unconditional discharge on the remaining three counts; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.

Jeremy D. Braley, 24, of Unity, two counts of terrorizing, $300 fine, second count dismissed; assault, $300 fine; domestic violence assault, $300 fine.

Michael Brillard, 27, of Thorndike, Trafficking in prison contraband, remanded to Department of Corrections for one year, all suspended, one year probation.

Pamela D. Byron, 56, of Arlington, Mass., driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; operating under the influence-no test, dismissed.

Joseph Chekovsky, 37, of Winterport, assault, $300 fine; criminal mischief, $300 fine.

Wesley M. Courtney, 28, of Montville, domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all but three days suspended, one year probation.

Christopher P. Daley, 28, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Bradford W. Eaton, 21, of Searsport, two counts of burglary, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked on the first count, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued on the second count.

Charles E. Eaton Jr., 50 of Lincolnville, disorderly conduct-offensive words, gestures, $500 fine; assault, dismissed.

Gary L. Elwell, 39, of Belmont, operating under the influence with two priors, $1,100 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections for 15 months, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation, license suspended six years; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $200 fine.

Janessa Fisk, 22, of Searsport, trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.

Wesley J. Gerrish, 62, of Burnham, reckless conduct, $500 fine.

Arthur S. Govoni III, 20, of Islesboro, two counts of unlawful sexual contact, remanded to Department of Corrections for four years, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation on each count; two counts of possession of sexually explicit material, 45 days in jail on each count.

Lisa A. Howie, 42, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Brooke Joyce Lindelof, 20, of Searsport, criminal trespass, $150 fine; theft by unauthorized taking of transfer, $150 fine; stealing drugs, burglary, both charges dismissed.

David L. Littlefield, 31, of Ellsworth, operating after habitual offender revocation, with a prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail; failure to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, six months in jail.

James T. McGarey, 41, of Albion, criminal mischief, $600 fine; criminal trespass, $600 fine; aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed.

Bryan Nadeau, 25, of Dexter, criminal mischief, 50 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all but 50 days suspended, one year probation; domestic violence criminal threatening, 50 days in jail.

Jerry A. Nickerson, 32, of Swanville, failure to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, 10 days in jail; operation of defective vehicle, three days in jail; falsifying physical evidence, three days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 30 days; failing to make oral or written accident report, 10 days in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 21 days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Victor J. Pendleton, 21, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized use of property, with priors, 90 days in jail; burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for two years, all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $535.

Shawn N. Perito, 19, of Belfast, stealing drugs, nine months in jail; robbery, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but nine months suspended, two years' probation.

Jeffrey W. Perry Jr., 31, of Winterport, criminal mischief, unconditional discharge; assault, $300 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Eric Robinson, 25, of Searsport, aggravated criminal mischief, remanded to Department of Corrections for 13 months, probation revoked.

Bryan G. Ross, 26, of Warren, aggravated criminal mischief, remanded to Department of Corrections for one year, restitution of $2,500.

Daryn M. Stokes, 42, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.

Felicia A. Thomas, 51, of Belfast, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine on each count; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.

Kendra Vyr, 21, of Mechanic Falls, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $500 fine; operating under the influence, dismissed.

Karen M. Walton, 45, of Appleton, operating under the influence-no test, three or more priors, $2,500 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections for five years, all but six months and 20 days suspended, two years' probation, license suspended six days, registration suspended; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $60 fine, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Ronald E. Williams Jr., 41, of Wiscasset, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 20 days in jail, burglary of a motor vehicle, 20 days in jail; burglary, dismissed.
