The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Nov. 10 and Dec. 28, 2012.

Summer Nadia Ali-Ariza, 30, of Rockport, burglary, six months in jail, restitution of $2,900; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.

Owen B. Allen, 42, of Belfast, aggravated criminal trespass, assault, burglary, gross sexual assault, sentencing March 1.

Timothy O. Bernard, 26, of Bucksport, two counts of stealing drugs, remanded to Department of Corrections for 17 months for each count, restitution of $240; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.

Ishmael Berry, 31, of Belfast, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail for the first count, four months in jail for the second count; falsifying physical evidence, 60 days in jail; forgery, four months in jail, restitution of $535.55; failure to register vehicle, 60 days in jail.

Donna J. Boulter, 34, of Brooks, endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.

Joseph Bowden, 36, of Hampden, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.

Michael Brillard, 27, of Thorndike, trafficking in prison contraband, 50 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Trevor C. Canning, 30, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer with priors, violating condition of release, all charges dismissed.

Cierra Cassidy, 21, of Belfast, stealing drugs, 90 days in jail; robbery, remanded to Department of Corrections for thee years with all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $167.

Robert Allen Cawthorn, 20, of Billerica, Mass., unlawful sexual contact, remanded to Department of Corrections for five years with all but nine months suspended, two years' probation; unlawful sexual touching, six months in jail; gross sexual assault, dismissed.

Mark V. Chadwick, 43, of Searsmont, two counts of domestic violence terrorizing, seven months in jail on the first count, second count dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime, seven months in jail; two counts of domestic violence criminal threatening, first count dismissed, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years with all but seven months suspended, two years' probation on the second count.

Lawrence J. Church Jr., 25, of Clinton, aggravated criminal mischief, remanded to Department of Corrections for two years with all but six months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $3,975; violating condition of release, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.

Adam Clark, 26, of Camden, domestic violence assault, eight months in jail, all but 12 days suspended, two years' probation; criminal mischief, not guilty.

Kara L. Cookson, 26, of Carmel, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, nine months in jail; violating condition of release, six months in jail.

Robert Dawson, 23, of Belfast, unlawful sexual contact, remanded to Department of Corrections for five years, all but six months suspended, two years' probation; incest, dismissed; gross sexual assault, dismissed.

Jacob M. Denham, 22, or Benton, terrorizing, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Paul Elwell, 23, of Belfast, burglary, probation violation.

Evan D. Finlay, 21, of Belfast, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail on each count; two counts of burglary, six months in jail on the first count, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but six months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $895 on the second count; two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail on the first count, second count dismissed; violating condition of release, six months in jail; criminal mischief, six months in jail.

Gertrude N. Frederick, 55, of Belfast, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, first count dismissed, $400 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $40 on the second count.

Arthur R. Gardiner Sr., 61, of Swanville, cultivating marijuana, $500 fine; violating condition of release, two days in jail; illegal possession of a firearm, dismissed.

Jacob T. Graffam-Connors, 28, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, nine months in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.

Jane E. Hannah, 66, of Unity, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Stephen Hanson, 31, of Holden, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; failing ot make oral or written accident report, dismissed; violating condition of release, two days in jail.

Angela G. Hayes, 27, of Unity, forgery, remanded to Department of Corrections for one year, probation partially revoked.

Darren J. Hills, 42, of Augusta, three counts of unlawful sexual touching, remanded to Department of Corrections 364 days, all suspended, one year probation on first count, Department of Corrections 364 days, all but six months suspended, one year probation on second count, third count dismissed; five counts of unlawful sexual contact, all dismissed; two counts of terrorizing, six months in jail on each count; visual sexual aggression against a child, dismissed.

Ross Howard, 29, of Palermo, assault, $300 fine; criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail.

Zachary T. Kelley, 20, of Belfast, burglary of a motor vehicle, $400 fine, restitution of $24; violating condition of release, $100 fine.
