The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Nov. 10 and Dec. 28, 2012.

Christopher Lawrence, 30, of Belfast, aggravated assault, remanded to Department of Corrections two years, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Rhonda L. MacLeod, 47, of Orland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections for two years, all but 45 days suspended, one year probation, restitution of $275.

Katherine Manchester, 25, of Belmont, forgery, no sentence imposed.

Jonathan D. McCue, 24, of Knox, four counts of burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for 27 months, probation revoked on the first count, Department of Corrections three years, all but nine months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $15,274.87 on each of the remaining three counts; three counts of aggravated criminal mischief, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but nine months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $15,274.87 on each count; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but nine months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $15,274.87; robbery, remanded to Department of Corrections for four years; stealing drugs, $400 fine, six months in jail.

Katrina Mitchell, 31, of Frankfort, endangering the welfare of a child, sentencing Feb. 6.

Michael D. Moody, 19, of Camden, burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for two years, all but 80 days suspended, two years' probation; theft by unauthorized use of property, 80 days in jail; aggravated criminal mischief, 80 days in jail; allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, 80 days in jail; criminal trespass, 80 days in jail; furnishing liquor to a minor, 80 days in jail.

Edwin Y. Morris IV, 28, of Benton, burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for nine months.

Paul Munster, 37, of Monroe, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, six months in jail, restitution of $273 on the first count, five months in jail on the second count; four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five months in jail on each count; theft by deception, five months in jail; burglary, five months in jail; misuse of identification, five months in jail.

Douglas Noble Jr., 23, of Belfast, burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation.

Brandon M. Oxton, 29, of Northport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $240.

Joanie Pattershall, 34, of Stockton Springs, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Victor J. Pendleton, 21, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized use of property, with priors, 90 days in jail; burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for 21 months, probation revoked.

Laura Ann Petty, 35, of Monroe, four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail on each count; two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, 90 days in jail on each count; burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but five months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $273; theft by deception, 90 days in jail; misuse of identification, 90 days in jail.

Brad E. Pomeroy, 31, of Searsport, aggravated assault, remanded to Department of Corrections for five years, all but two years suspended, three years' probation, restitution of $1,097.

Raymond N. Porter, 35, of Searsmont, criminal mischief, dismissed.

Angela Queener, 27, of Unity, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Department of Corrections for five years, all but one year suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $2,224.02.

Leon Rancourt Jr., 43, of Winterport, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Matthew d. Rankin, 26, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, all charges dismissed.

Ashley Richards, 35, of Yarmouth, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

William J. Robichaud, 29, of Bucksport, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, remanded to Department of Corrections for three years, all but 10 months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $25,422.16 on the first count, Department of Corrections for 10 months, restitution of $1,975.62 on the second count; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; four counts of burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for 10 months on each count; burglary of a motor vehicle, 10 months in jail.

Johnny Allen Roeske Sr., 46, of Pittsfield, aggravated criminal trespass, remanded to Department of Corrections for two years, all but 30 days suspended, two years' probation; terrorizing, 30 days in jail; assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail.

John Ronayne II, 34, of Frankfort, refusing to sign criminal summons, $100 fine; criminal mischief, $400 fine.

Tyson S. Servisky, 24, of Stockton Springs, terrorizing, five days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Derek Skillings, 20, of Frankfort, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail on the first count, second count dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

William R. Snow, 33, of Belfast, criminal mischief, 60 days in jail; burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for two years, all but 60 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $17,603.47; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, remanded to Department of Corrections for two years, all but 60 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $17,603.47.

Angie M. Soucy, 34, of unity, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, six months in jail, restitution of $1,207.20 on the first count, six months in jail, restitution of $75.80 on the second count.

Marie A. Swearingen, 36, of Litchfield, burglary, remanded to Department of Corrections for 27  years, six months, probation revoked.

Stacy Thayer, 41, of Belfast, aggravated forgery, no sentence imposed.

Jessica Walker, 30, of Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, no sentence imposed.

Ryan S. Weaver, 30, of Monroe, theft by deception, forgery, all charges dismissed.

Jacob Matthew Webber, 22, of Searsport, domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all but 45 days suspended, one year probation.

Bethany Wickham, 36, of Belfast, aggravated assault, dismissed.
