The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Jan. 30 and Feb. 13, 2013.

Daniel P. Barnes, 25, of Owls Head, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, assault, all charges dismissed.

Jason A. Beal. 23, of Belfast, burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for six years, all but nine months suspended, three years' probation, restitution of $739.90.

Laurel L. Belden, 38, of Belfast, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, both charges dismissed.

Hector Bohan, 23, of Swanville, theft by receiving stolen property, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years, all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation; failure to stop, render aid, personal injury; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI; aggravated criminal mischief; theft by unauthorized use of property, priors;  sentencing date Mar. 28.

Stewart Carney, 31, of Bucksport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years, all but 10 months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $16,269.57; three counts of burglary, 10 months in jail on each count; violating condition of release, six months in jail.

Justin M. Clark, 21, of Belmont, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 100 hours' community service on the first count; second count dismissed.

Carol L. Cook, 56, of Morrill, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Cheryl L. Cook, 41, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Wendell Corey, 37, of Northport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for four years, all but 120 days suspended, two years' probation.

Cote S. Cosgro, 21, of Island Falls, four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 364 days, all but 120 days suspended, one year probation, restitution of $269.97 on the first count, 30 days in jail on each of the other three counts; burglar, dismissed.

Daniel S. Cunningham, 28, of Morrill, gross sexual assault, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 12 months, probation partially revoked and continued.

Justin Cunningham, 20, of Frankfort, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 18 months, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, restitution of $835.

Aaron J. Dimmitt, 39, of Montville, criminal mischief, five days in jail; domestic violence assault, priors T 19-A, dismissed.

Jesse W. Dodge, 31, of Lincolnville, possession or transfer of burglar's tools, 90 days injail; operating while license revoked or suspended, with a prior, $500 fine, 90 days in jail; criminal mischief, 90 days in jail; burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years, all but six months suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $200.

Brian I. Doucette, 32, of Searsport, four counts of visual sexual aggression against a child, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for two years on each count; two counts of unlawful sexual contact, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 10 years, all but two years suspended, three years' probation on the first count, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for two years on the second count; unlawful sexual touching, remanded to Dept. of  Corrections for 364 days; sexual misconduct with a child under 12 years, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for two years.

Crystal Ellis, 34, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for one year, all but 30 days suspended; one year probation, restitution of $60.

Richard C. Fletcher, 31, of Knox, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $500 fine; operating under the influence-one prior, dismissed.

Mark A. Fuller, 34, of Knox, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, probation partially revoked on each count; assault, $300 fine; domestic violence assault, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for one year, all suspended, one year probation; criminal mischief, dismissed.

Everett Hall, 46, of Belfast, two counts of gross sexual assault, violating condition of release, all charges dismissed.

Benjamin Holt, 20, of Unity, tampering with Dept. of Transportation signs, theft by receiving stolen property, both dismissed.

Neena Jackson Lamarche, 32, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed.

Robert L. Jurdak III, 32, of Unity, burglar, violating condition of release, both dismissed.

Zachary T. Kelley, 20, of Belmont, criminal trespass, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; stealing drugs, burglary, both dismissed.

Zachary Scott Lapan Jr., 27, of Oakland, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; violating protective order, possession of hydrocodone, both dismissed.

Gene Larrabee, 34, of Belfast, seven counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; six counts of aggravated criminal mischief; six counts of burglary, sentencing date Mar. 28.

Christopher Lawrence, 30, of Belfast, assault, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for one year, restitution of $2,199; terrorizing, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for one year.

Michelle M. Leadbetter, 39, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation.

Sidney Low III, 44, of Winterport, operating under the influence-one prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended three years; operating under the influence-two priors, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, both dismissed.

Daniel Lyford, 22, of Montville, criminal threatening, $200 fine.

Patrick C. Mackley, 26, of Benton, domestic violence terrorizing, endangering the welfare of a child, both dismissed.

Rebecca Milbury, 22, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; burglary, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for one year, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.

Katrina Mitchell, 31, of Frankfort, endangering the welfare of a child, 364 days in jail, all but 90 days suspended, one year probation.

Brandon G. Moody, 20, of Brooks, criminal trespass, two days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, two days in jail.

Adam C. Mark E. Murphy, 46, of Palermo, driving to endanger, $1,000 fine, license suspended 30 days; operating under the influence-one prior, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, both dismissed.

Christopher O'Brien, 29, of Belfast, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years, all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation; assault, $300 fine.

April J. Pattershall, 30, of Stockton Springs, harassment by telephone, 30 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, with priors, 30 days in jail; terrorizing, 30 days in jail.

Dennis Pearse, 50, of Lincolnville, cultivating marijuana, dismissed.

Cameron B. Philbrook, 37, of Belmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years, all but 60 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $170.

Brad E. Pomeroy, 32, of Searsport, aggravated assault, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 18 months, probation partially revoked and continued; eluding an officer, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for 18 months; failing to stop for officers, 60 days in jail; operating under the influence-one prior, $700 fine, 60 days in jail, license suspended three yeas; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 60 days in jail, license suspended 30 days.

Kean M. Ripley III, 31, of Searsport, violating condition of release, disorderly conduct-fighting, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, all charges dismissed.

John Ronayne II, 34, of Swanville, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.

Dakota Thomas Sanford, 19, of Belfast, burglary, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Rebecca Simpson, 28, of Swanville, failing to stop for officer, 4500 fine; hindering apprehension or prosecution, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-refusing to stop, both dismissed.

Wesley I. St. Pierre, 31, of South Berwick, operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, $1,000 fine.

Nicholas J. Starrett, 29, of Winterport, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Joel Swift, 40, of Campton, N.H., disorderly conduct-offensive words, gestures, $100 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Jason Trefethen, 35, of Searsport, possession of hypodermic apparatuses, $400 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; domestic violence assault, with priors, dismissed.

Sheryl L. Warman, 46, of Stockton Springs, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, remanded to Dept. of Corrections for three years, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation, restitution of $60 on the first count; second count dismissed.

Bethany Wickham, 36, of Belfast, assault, $300 fine, seven months in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, seven months in jail; criminal mischief, seven months in jail, restitution of $75.
