Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

Constance Ethier, 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, $700 fine, Waldo County Jail six months all but seven days suspended, one year probation, license suspended three years.
Jeffery S. Hodgdon, 59, of Lincolnville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Jessica L. Kelley, 26, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, stayed until Feb. 17, $210 restitution; negotiating a worthless instrument, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, stayed until Feb. 17.
Robert McKinney, 21, of Belfast, burglary, Waldo County Jain 90 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Stephen Colby, 22, of Swanville, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounces, dismissed.
James A. Sutherland, 64, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.
Joseph P. Upham Jr., 65, of Brookline, Mass., motor vehicle speeding: more than 30 mph over the speed limit, dismissed.
Tori N. Walton, 24, of Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections two years all but 15 days suspended, stayed until March 1, two years probation; falsifying physical evidence, Waldo County Jail 15 days, stayed until March 1; domestic violence assault, dismissed; furnishing liquor to a minor, dismissed; allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 15 days, stayed until March 1.
Jacob Matthew Webber, 26, of Troy, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
