Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of March 31 and April 6.

Calvin D. Evasius, 23, of Machias, theft by unauthorized use of property, Waldo County Jail four months, all suspended, one year probation, 30 hours community service; operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, $250 fine.

Hunter Prew, 21, of Unity, violating protection from abuse order, Waldo County Jail 90 days; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 90 days.

Dustin D. Kroesser, 32, Wales, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Chelsea Larrabee, 20, of Belfast, manslaughter, Department of Corrections 10 years, all but three years suspended, stayed until April 6, four years probation, 100 hours community service; operating under the influence (alcohol)-injury, $2,100 fine, Department of Corrections two years, stayed until April 6, license suspended six years; aggravated driving to endanger, $575 fine, $575 suspended, Waldo County Jail six months, stayed until April 6, license suspended two years; operating under the influence (alcohol)-injury, $2,100 fine, $2,100 suspended, Department of Corrections two years, stayed until April 6, license suspended six years.

Isaiah D. Mentas, 20, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; minor possessing liquor, dismissed.

Nacoma P. Noomyenooneam, 19, of Stockton Springs, burglary, Department of Corrections, three years, all but seven months suspended, two years probation, $1,294 restitution; assault, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed.

Matthew S. Powers, 43, of Monroe, violating protection from abuse order, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $250 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Gerald R. Spaulding, 70, of Freedom, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Jonathan E. Ward, 39, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine;

Christopher L. Webber Sr., 34, of Swanville, domestic violence stalking, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed; violating protection from abuse order, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, Waldo County Jail 45 days, stayed until April 13.
