The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of April 7 and April 13.

Timothy E. Boudette, 71, of Searsport, keeping dangerous dog, $250 fine.

James P. Bowen, 38, of Rochester, N.H., violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, stayed until May 12; operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 72 hours, stayed until May 12, license suspended 150 days.

Scott Brockelbank, 53, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, Waldo County Jail four days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Daniel Campbell, 32, of Lewiston, domestic violence assault, Waldo County Jail four months; domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed.

Andrea Crawford, 52, of Swanville, operating under the influence (alcohol), $250 fine.

Francis James Daniel, 31, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, restitution $300.

Jessica Davis, 30, of Waldo, possession of hypodermic apparatuses, $400 fine.

Adam Doyon, 19, of Damariscotta, motor vehicle speeding: more than 30 mph over the speed limit, $500 fine.

Philip J. Dulude, 48, of Belfast, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, Waldo County Jail 45 hours.

Benjamin Foster, 35, of Searsport, domestic violence assault, with priors for domestic violence, dismissed; criminal trespass, dismissed; criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail four months, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Frank W. Fuchino, 60, of Searsmont, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.
