The Waldo County YMCA is pleased to announce that they have been chosen as a recipient for a charitable donation from athenahealth.

As part of the athenaGives campaign, athenahealth employees nominated charitable organizations that provide health outcomes through programs that support youth under age 18 and elder care over age 65. The YMCA was nominated for this award by Cyndi Dalton of athenahealth.

It is the mission of the Waldo County YMCA to promote the physical, mental, social, and spiritual development of Waldo County children and families. No one is turned away from the YMCA due to the inability to pay. This charitable donation will go towards scholarships for Waldo County children and families.
