The Waldo County YMCA has fitness and wellness programs and activities for people of all ages and abilities. General group and specialty fitness classes are available as well as a wide selection of youth and adult sports programs.

The facility includes an indoor walk/jog track, air-conditioned fitness center and wellness/aerobic classroom, gymnasium, teen room, and family friendly shower and changing facilities. Come in and visit the Tom & Sally Savage Pool Complex! We have a lap pool, therapy pool and a hydrotherapy pool.

Our before and after school child care program is for children in Pre-K through Grade 5. Teen programs are offered each day after school to provide a safe, healthy environment for young people. We offer babysitting for parents who are in the building taking a class or using our fitness center. During the summer months the YMCA provides day camps for children ages 3 – grade 10. Our goal is to keep your child energized and active.

The YMCA hosts luncheons for seniors, 60-years and older on the last Wednesday of each month.

Volunteer opportunities are always available. If you have a particular skill or interest you would like to share with others, please come into the YMCA and speak with the Volunteer Coordinator.

The Waldo County YMCA…it’s a great place to belong!
