Wind Power, Past, Present and Future with Steve Hallee

Steve Hallee will present Catching the Wind as part of Penobscot Marine Museum’s Thursday Night Lecture Series. Halle’s talk will range from the latest in offshore wind power technology to the ways in which ancient peoples captured wind power not only for sailing but also for grinding corn and pumping water. Hallee is a Maine native, science teacher, inventor and founder of several companies including Green Ridge Energy, Tecwind, Sensaflo and Silverleaf Instruments.
