March 21, the first full day of Spring. Nice and sunny so far today. I can't complain about the snow because my daughter has around 40 some inches on the ground at her house. It will be gone soon. Rosie has extended her hours and is now serving lunch from 11-2. I am going up and get a nice fried clam dinner when I get through here. She also has homemade Haddock chowder or meat loaf on her menu today. She is open Thurs-Sun. 7 til 2. Nomination papers are available at the Town Office now. Needed are 2 council members, 1 assessor, and 1 school board member. Nomination papers must be returned by April 25. Boston Trip for 8th graders info: A bottle drive is going to be on March 29th. Meet at the Wagner Middle School at 9:00 a.m. The next parent meeting is Mon. Mar,31 at 6:30 p.m. Noah Burby , a 7th grade student at the Wagner Middle School qualified for the State Geography Bee Championship being held t University of Maine at Farmington on April 4, Congratulations Noah and good luck.
