As many of you know, I have two great-grandsons, Samuel and Tristan Moran, who are constantly being checked at the Cystic Fibrosis facility in Chapel Hill, N.C. Jeremiah Marden, son of Perry and Theresa (Havey) Marden of Winterport, is doing research on CF at the same facility. The boys, the sons of Quint Moran and Angela Nealey, are doing quite well with all the new treatments that are available now.

Their aunt Crescent Moran is running in a 5K race to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Crescent said if anyone back here would like to contribute to the CFF to go to http/www.CFF.org/LWC/CrescentMoran. Any amount from $1 up would be greatly appreciated. Who knows, Jeremiah may be the one who helps find the cure!
